From time to time things can go wrong and mistakes can happen which is upsetting to us and we take it personally if our service hasn’t been anything but perfect. Customer satisfaction is the most important to us so if you are not completely happy with your purchase please do not hesitate to contact us.

In the event you are not 100% satisfied with any items you purchase from us, we accept returns within seven days of receipt of the item. Inform us regarding the request for refund or exchange within seven days to qualify.

Please note: To return your product for a refund or exchange, all products must be returned using a courier service with tracking and returned in their original packaging with the tags and plastic covers still intact. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and it is non-refundable.

Refunds are processed using the original method of payment, no exceptions and no matter of the payment type.

We make our watch pieces to last, and if they don’t, we want to know about it. If you experience any issues with our watches within our warranty period we promise to resolve it until you are 100% satisfied again, please contact us immediately by email, telephone or live chat and we will work with you on a resolution. You will receive further instructions based on your requirements. Do not worry, we keep to our guarantees!
