If for any reason you do not receive your package, we will cover the cost of the reshipment.

The cost of shipping to any country is $29.00 USD, you are responsible for providing the correct shipping details.
Shipping methods and delivery times
We use EMS, DHL or FedEx for our shipments. We use the quickest and most secure shipping channels available for our replica watches from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Average processing time: 5-10 business days Average shipping time: 10–25 business days.
In some instances processing and shipping timescales may vary during busy periods and holidays. We will keep you updated by email and telephone should this apply.
A tracking number and tracking URL will be provided to you by email, telephone and SMS once the order has been forwarded to our shipper.
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping details and to track your order to ensure successful delivery. Our delivery guarantee is not applicable to issues that are not directly under our control so if you enter an inaccurate delivery address, if delivery is refused or if multiple delivery attempts are made unsuccessfully we do not offer any reshipment or refund options. Once our watches have been dispatched, we are unable to change the address or cancel the shipment.
Customs, duties, and taxes
We label all our packages as low value “Gifts or Bracelets” to avoid incurring import taxes however if these do occur these are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. In the rare case your package is seized by customs, we will send you a replacement as part of our delivery guarantee.
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. If your country is not listed on checkout, we are also not able to ship there currently, you may check again at a later date.
Missing, lost or damaged packages
If for any reason you do not receive your package or receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier and our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will cover the cost of the reshipment as part of our guarantee.
